Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications and services provided by Future @I LLC ("we", "our", "us"), including but not limited to Future Health AI, GigApp AI, EchoForge, OpsFlow AI, and all other applications under the Future @I brand.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our applications.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our applications.

2. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our apps offer free trials (typically 5 days) followed by paid subscriptions. Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or Stripe.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel anytime through Google Play Store settings or the app
• Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy or our direct refund process
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

4. AI Features — Important Disclaimers

Our AI is not a substitute for professional advice.

• Health AI: Our health-related AI features provide general information only. They are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.
• GigApp AI: Tax estimates and financial features provide general guidance only. They are NOT tax advice from a licensed CPA or tax professional. Consult a qualified professional for tax decisions.
• Legal features: Any legal-related AI output is general information only, NOT legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.

Our AI follows Three Laws of Safety: (1) Never hallucinate — it says "I don't know" when uncertain; (2) Truth over helpfulness — accuracy before pleasantry; (3) Hard stop on professional domains — it directs you to professionals for medical, legal, and financial decisions.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. AI processing happens on your device. We do not upload your personal data to third-party AI services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and AI models in our applications are owned by Future @I LLC. Our apps are proprietary software. All rights reserved. The Future @I name, logo, and app names are trademarks of Future @I LLC.

8. Updates

We may release updates to our apps via Google Play Store or our over-the-air (OTA) update system. Some updates may be mandatory for continued use (e.g., critical security fixes). By using our apps, you consent to receiving updates.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUTURE @I LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future @I LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulare County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
