Future @I LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates mobile and desktop applications including Future Health AI, GigApp AI, EchoForge, OpsFlow AI, and other applications under the Future @I brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Our Core Privacy Principle

Your data stays on your device. Our apps are built with a "sovereign AI" architecture, meaning AI models run locally on your device. We do not send your personal data to third-party AI services like OpenAI, Google AI, or Amazon. Your health records, financial data, conversations, and personal information are processed entirely on your phone or computer.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account
• App-specific data: Health records, financial transactions, notes, and other content you enter into our apps
• Support communications: Messages you send through our in-app support chat

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: Device model, operating system version, app version
• Usage analytics: App launch events, feature usage patterns, session duration (anonymized)
• Crash reports: Technical error information to help us fix bugs

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your AI conversations (processed locally, never uploaded)
• Your health records or medical data
• Your financial records or tax information
• Your location data (GPS mileage tracking stays on-device)
• Your contacts, photos, or files
• Your biometric data (fingerprint/face data never leaves your device's secure enclave)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our apps
• To process your account registration and authentication
• To deliver over-the-air (OTA) app updates
• To respond to your support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To improve our apps based on anonymized usage patterns

4. Data Storage and Security

All personal data stored on your device is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's platform-provided secure storage (Android Keystore). Data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3 encryption.

Our server infrastructure runs on privately-owned hardware in the United States. We do not use Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or any other third-party cloud provider for data storage.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share limited information with:

• Payment processors: Stripe and Google Play Billing process subscription payments. We do not store your credit card information.
• Law enforcement: If required by valid legal process (court order, subpoena)

6. Your Rights (CCPA / California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you
• Delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings)
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data, but the toggle is available in Settings)
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@futureati.app.

8. Data Retention

Your app data is stored on your device and controlled by you. You can delete it at any time. Account information on our servers is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove all associated data within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
